Pinea3 was founded in 2009 as a community of business practitioners that developed and shared knowledge, methodologies and business experiences in the field of Organizational Development, Culture and Leadership.
Based on the principle that all organizations are living systems, Pinea3 created and developed the Organizational Energy System (OES)® among other tools and principles and developed a consulting business underpinned by these concepts and methodology.
In 2014 Pinea3 Living Organizations evolved to be a center for the development and promotion of Living Organizations. We pursue our mission through:
- the organization of events,
- the development of Organizational Development tools and models,
- thought leadership.
We aim to be an international platform that fosters innovative ideas, good practices and valuable relationships. Pinea3 empowers an open consulting business model by supporting both practitioners and developers.
